The Oasis Spa of Mountain Laurel Creek Inn is nestled in the North Georgia Mountains of Dahlonega, Georgia and is open to the public by reservation only. For a greater sense of well being and to help reduce stress, a therapeutic massage or skin care treatment is a perfect accompaniment to your mountain getaway. Each treatment is individually customized for your personal needs. Therapeutic massage services, a specialty at Oasis Spa, are also available as a compliment to your existing pain management or mobility program. Your innkeeper, Dennis is a licensed and certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and an aesthetician trained in trigger point therapy to help release tight and sore muscles and relieve stress. Please let us know your choice in massage services, if you prefer a more relaxing swedish massage, or more firm pressure so we can match the right therapist for your needs.
Why is it important to reduce stress? Working to reduce stress is a positive step toward preventing the visible signs of aging. Not only do our professional hands-on treatments help reduce stress, but they are also beneficial in improving the overall health of the skin by helping to reduce the inflammation caused by stress. Our hours of operation are from 10am to 6pm, seven days a week. Later hours may be arranged on an as available basis for guests staying at the Inn. Spa treatments require a 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling in order to avoid being charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late for your service will inconvenience our other clients and may require your therapist to shorten the length of your treatment, with full charges being applied. Gratuity is not included in the price of your service and may be paid directly to your therapist or can be added to your bill. If your therapist has met your expectations, a 10 to 20% gratuity is customary. Lastly, relax... that's why you're here.
