At Mtn. Laurel Creek Inn & Spa, we do not cater or produce your special event. We only provide you with the site location for your wedding or commitment ceremony. We can only accommodate up to 30 people for an outdoor wedding in the gazebo area - or on the lawn facing the mountain view. You can also have the reception here inside as a stand up buffet.

The wedding party is responsible for their own catering, extra seating, extra tables, and all other amenities with the exception of basic care needs such as toilet paper, soap, and hand towels. All outside services such as catering, music, etc. must be specifically outlined and meet approval by MLC management.

Cost:

Wedding only $600 - 4 hours use of grounds and common areas only.

Wedding only with rental of all 5 rooms for one night $1700, additional nights available for $950 a night plus tax.

Wedding with reception and rental of all 5 guest rooms for one night $2200, additional nights available for $950 a night plus tax.

Policies:

Rental Time: Weddings have four (4) hours. Receptions have a six (6) hour rental, with a cut off time of 10pm.
Weddings also get one (1) hour for rehearsal at no extra cost. Scheduling of rehearsal is subject to availability. Keep in mind that the rental time begins when the first service person arrives and ends when the last service person leaves. Be sure to leave adequate time for your service personnel to clean up at the end of the event.

Caters will have access to kitchen during event. Kitchen is used only for reheating and plating - and is not to be used to cook any part of the meal. There is limited refrigerator space.

Unruly guests, including unruly and unsupervised children, will be asked to leave. Children must be supervised and be in attendance of a responsible adult at all times.

Pets are not allowed on the premise for any event.

Alcoholic beverages and controlled substances are not permitted. This includes the parking lot. Please advise your guests of this rule. All alcoholic beverages (Beer and Wine) must be purchased through MLC at our Copper Penny Pub. We can work with you to find a wine that will work for you.

Litter, flower petals: Leave the premises clean, placing all paper and other debris in receptacles. Do NOT strew anything on the ground except for bird seed or a few flower petals from your flower girl. Clean up of other items is too difficult. Bubbles are acceptable.

Electric Use: Electric is included at no additional fee. There are household outlets available.

Cancellation: Should you decide to cancel your reservation, the amount received is refundable (except for the $500 non-refundable deposit) upon written request to MLC a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to your rental date. No rain checks or refunds will be given due to inclement weather or late cancellations.

Decorating: Decorating is permitted. However, no staples or nails are allowed.

Capacity: MLC Inn can service weddings up to thirty (30) guests. Larger weddings can be considered. See us for more information.
