Why Mountain Laurel Creek?
Mountain Laurel Creek provides the perfect mountain setting for hosting your special occasion.  We have indoor dining room seating to accommodate up to 30 people and several outdoor spaces open seasonally and in good weather.  Our wine bar is perfect for more intimate sized gatherings.

Our facility is perfect for rehearsal dinners, wine and tapas parties, retreats, luncheons, as well as office and holiday parties.  Almost any small sized event is a possibility with the exception of weddings and wedding receptions which we are not currently able to offer.

In addition to our full commercially licensed kitchen, we work with local caterers and vendors so we can offer a full range of culinary options.  We can provide a full service experience or you can contract with caterers directly but they must be on our preferred vendor list (see below).  In this way you know they are appropriately licensed, have insurance coverage, and will provide quality service.  Use of any non-catering vendors must be discussed and approved by us in advance of your event.  

You are not permitted to use our kitchen and prepare your own food.

Since we have a beer and wine license, all alcohol must be purchased through us.  We work with several distributors and can very likely provide what you want.  We also carry wines from all the local vineyards.

How much will it cost?
Pricing depends upon the nature of your event, the number in your party and of course your food and beverage selections.  So, if you are interested in pricing, please contact us at info@mountainlaurelcreek.com or (706) 867-8134.  A two hour venue rental excluding services start at $300.  A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at booking.

Site rental is not necessary for café guests unless you require the dining room for more than two hours.  We have a limited lunch menu offering of salads, wraps and panni's and reservations are required.  A minumum of 6 is required for lunch at the inn.

We have packages that include overnight stays but that is not always required and depends upon the type and size of the event you have in mind.  Our rooms are not discounted and our standard room rates apply.  We work with other lodging properties in the area if you have more overnight guests than we can accommodate.
